Reservation Policy
All requests, modifications and cancellations must be made in writing and they will be confirmed in the same way.
Payment in full shall be received before seven (7) days of occupancy. If reservation is made less than seven (7) days of occupancy, full payment must be received within three (3) working days of room confirmation. LaPalapa Resort must receive either a copy of agency voucher, a signed credit card authorization, or communication as to the status of payment prior to the due date indicated above or LaPalapa Resort will assume the reservation is no longer required and it will be cancelled.

Please be sure to carefully review your confirmation form. Errors by agency or guest on room requested will be the sole responsibility of the agent or client.
